Based on a logo that the customer had previously created, we developed the image and graphical line of the congress and its applications in different media.
With the premise of being a fully sustainable event, the graphical production of the printed elements was carried out with 100% Recycled Cocoon paper with the FSC certificate and the EU Ecolabel. For the display stands the EcoWall system was used, a display system made with cardboard plus, which fully complies with the three environmental Rs: Recycled, Recyclable and Reusable.
Canvasses outside Euskalduna Palace, out-of-home media at the airport, publicity on the metro's ticket vending machines, banners distributed around the city, are some of the publicity items that we prepared for the event.
From the beginning of the project, one of the guidelines given by Ercisa was the need for structural elements that were as environment-friendly as possible, while trying to avoid harming as much as possible the aesthetic quality and the image of the congress. For the commercial area, Otzarreta proposed making the display stands with 100% recyclable cardboard plus, reusable and with greater aesthetic quality than modular stands.
The networking area of the congress was sponsored by Basquetour, with partition walls also made in cardboard plus that had tourist images of the Basque Country. Both the partition walls and the furniture chosen had the aim of creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for the congress members.
The Internet Area was sponsored by Phizer and playing with the image of the Congress and the logo of the sponsor company, we arranged a series of desks with computers where the legs were made of 100% recyclable and printed cardboard plus. To signpost and identify the area there was a totem in the same material.
For the decoration of the Auditorium, following the guideline of sustainability of the Congress, we set up two cardboard totems 4.80 metres high. Spectacular totems for a hall with capacity for 2,200 people.
